The modules listed below are dated April 30, 2021 in your Resource Centre module JZUPDATE RC update control. Remember that Jazzit Fundamentals updates are cumulative. Updating to this release will include all revisions made to the templates. You must have CaseWare Working papers 2020 installed if you wish to update from the Resource Centre update control in KLIB and FRMLIB..

ALL FINANCIAL STATEMENT MODULES (BS, BS2, BS3, IS, IS2, CF AND CF2)

When a map with a zero balance is selected for rounding, a warning diagnostic will now appear in the rounding dialog above the statement.

CP - FINANCIAL STATEMENT HOME MENU

When a map with a zero balance is selected for rounding, a warning diagnostic will now appear in the rounding dialog above the statement.

GS - GST/HST RECONCILIATION - DETAILED METHOD

New menu UI has been added to this document.

Revenue in this working paper can now be broken out by map number using the folder to the left of the title. A diagnostic displaying total revenue will appear if the mapped revenue is $10 more or less than total revenue.

I1 - CLIENT INVOICE

New menu UI has been added to this document. Spacing and formatting mechanics are also provided on the right-click menu of table rows.

The Dunning message at the bottom of the invoice can now be modified with additional lines in several formats using the right-click menu.

JZRL - MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIONS LETTER

Added wording for CSRS 4200 engagements.

JZTOOLS - JAZZIT TOOLBOX

Calculated Toolbox cells have been revised to have transparent backgrounds, which prevents them displaying a different colour background when inserted into the letters.

MS-JZMW - MARKETABLE SECURITIES - BROKER ACCOUNTS 1 TO 10

The closing balance of portfolio cash now displays in the freeze frame at the top of the document.

 

Increased the maximum number of marketable securities working papers that can be linked together to 20. This increases the maximum number of securities that can be combined into one broker reconciliation to 1000.

Q1 - QK - ADDITIONAL LETTERS 1 TO 20

Added an uppercase format option to section headings on the right-click menu.

 

Added an option to the "Formatting options" tab of the top menu to open all folders and close unused folders.

RP - ENGAGEMENT REPORTS

The "Report on Legal and other regulatory matters" section of the engagement report is now available for all client structures. Added a button to that section to switch between BC Societies Act disclosure and custom disclosure.

ALL BALANCE SHEETS AND THE FS HOME MENU

When the balance sheet is loaded and more than 2 signature lines selected or side-by-side with two lines selected, descriptions will appear below the signature line to allow for longer descriptions.
